What is the technology innovation?

Salesforce Datorama provides cloud-based, AI-powered marketing intelligence and analytics platform for enterprises, agencies, and publishers. Marketers use Datorama to bring together all of their data and take action on insights to optimize every marketing investment and activity.

How did we test the technology?

Our relationship with Datorama began through work in our PepsiCo North America market and over a six week pilot, we tested Datorama across multiple European business units to consider a global expansion. In parallel, we put their technology to the test by comparing it against multiple solutions. We concluded it was a great solution for PepsiCo.

How did we impact the business?

Within three months of kicking off the pilot, we decided to scale their technology globally.
