As the leader of PepsiCo’s engagements with cutting edge technology and investments in startups globally, Anna is at the forefront of PepsiCo’s planning for the future. Given her extensive experience in finance, business strategy, innovation and CPGs, she brings invaluable perspective and insights to the startups in PepsiCo Labs. Fluent in three languages, and an avid relationship builder, Anna partners with PepsiCo’s senior leaders to create value for both PepsiCo and startups.

Jenny leads partnership development and investments in innovative tech startups globally for PepsiCo. With extensive experience in M&A, strategy, partnership development and innovation both within and outside PepsiCo, Jenny has deep expertise in leading collaborative partnership with startups to drive business impact. She has a strong bias for action and impact and delivering growth for both for PepsiCo and for our startup partners. Having lived in Sydney, Seoul and North America, with broad experience across PepsiCo's businesses, Jenny brings a rich perspective to the initiatives she leads.

Natalie manages partnerships with cutting-edge startups globally to solve PepsiCo’s business goals and needs. Working with various business units to rapidly land and scale startups within PepsiCo through a seamless process. As a former Venture Capitalist, high-tech and M&A lawyer, holding extensive experience working with startups, Natalie is passionate about creating innovative solutions as well as building and fostering long-term partnerships.

Sarah leads the program integration process – partnering with function owners to select and rapidly pilot startup solutions within the business. Sarah has over 10 years of experience in Finance, Strategy and Innovation for established operating businesses, entrepreneurship and startups across international and US markets. She is passionate about connecting people and accelerating our partners’ and PepsiCo’s growth potential and reach.

Amy leads the program development and integration process for make/move capabilities – partnering with function owners to select and rapidly pilot solutions within the PepsiCo business. Based in New York, Amy has had a decade of diverse experience in the CPG/FMCG industry, and was formerly a Corporate VC investor at PepsiCo. She is passionate about learning from and growing with innovations that create meaningful and sustainable impact.

Paul Lomax leads the PepsiCo Labs Project Management Office. Based in the UK, Paul heads the program coordination and engagement process with partners & with PepsiCo functional teams to provide the process and structure for successful piloting of solutions. With over 20 years of experience in the PepsiCo Europe business, Paul’s knowledge of our business is a key enabler in getting things done swiftly and effectively within the PepsiCo Labs world.

Michelle leads the program integration process for commercial capabilities, partnering with function owners to select and rapidly pilot startup solutions within the business. With over 5 years of experience in Strategy and Innovation, Michelle’s ability to problem solve & see the bigger picture empowers Labs to effectively address some of PepsiCo's most significant challenges.

Remko leads the program development process for enabling functions – partnering with function owners to select and rapidly pilot startup solutions within the business. Remko has over 16 years of experience in Sales and Product Innovation in Europe - managing key customers in various channels and lead innovation on brands like Pepsi and Quaker. His passion is to connect people to unlock and accelerate opportunities that fuel business growth.

Sean Davis leads the PepsiCo Labs effort to drive impact by scaling innovative start up solutions globally at PepsiCo. Based in Chicago, Sean has 8 years of experience in IT, supply chain, and finance and control functions across PepsiCo’s North America, LATAM, & Europe sectors. Sean’s ability to navigate the organization and connect cross sector and functional teams enables PepsiCo Labs to drive transformation and innovation of PepsiCo’s business at scale.

As the finance lead, Zach evaluates investment opportunities, runs the deal process, and manages the global PepsiCo Labs portfolio of emerging tech startups. Zach also heads value realization, which illustrates the impact of scaled venture solutions across PepsiCo, building business cases alongside internal owners and startup leadership. Zach brings expertise in strategic finance, CPG, and transaction-based consulting, and is inspired to deliver transformative innovation to PepsiCo’s broader business.

Tim Knight leads several Projects within PepsiCo Labs working closely with Paul Lomax and the wider team. Born and raised in the UK, Tim’s strong Technical and Commercial background makes him a key partner to work with both within the PepsiCo functional teams, and also externally with start-ups and VCs. With over 9 years of experience in the PepsiCo Europe business, Tim’s knowledge of our business really helps unlock and focus getting things done quickly within the PepsiCo Labs world.

Akibo leads digital solutions projects across the PepsiCo labs portfolio of emerging tech solutions. Born and raised in New York, Akibo’s educational background in economics and data analytics led him to develop a unique perspective on the value of technology solutions. Akibo learned from a multitude of experiences across investments, sales, and technology, enabling breakthrough innovations that create value for all stakeholders.
